Signing

I got the call! We did the walk-through on Monday (instead of Wednesday) and then I signed paperwork. It was the most amazing feeling EVER to go to the bank this morning and get a money order for like $17,000 for my down payment and closing costs. Wow!

This is Rhonda the escrow officer finishing up my paperwork. And NO, you can't read anything on the desk. I erased all the information. There was a bit of drama with a HUD statement (something about homeowners fees) but Rhonda-the-Amazing got it all cleared up and I should be funded any time now. I think I'll get my keys on Thursday!
